Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products and technology solutions to potential customers
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, messages, social media, and direct meetings
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or solution information
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and video presentations for marketing and promotional purposes
• Assist in creating basic sales and marketing content for digital platforms (Facebook, website, etc.)
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and orders regularly
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
• Keep records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback
